Working sessions of +/- 2 minutes
• Form an "O" by pushing the corners of the lips against the resistance of the device;
• Maintain contraction 1 to 2 seconds;
• Release and repeat.
Contract the muscles thoroughly.
Work gradually. Start for example, by 50 to 60 contractions. The objective is a work session of 120 contractions. As with any exercise, there is a start-up period. After a week to 10 days, working with Facial-Flex® will become both easier and more efficient.
To work with Facial-Flex® without wrinkles, it is necessary to:
• Open the mouth by +/- 3 cm, to put the mouth on tension;
• Wrap lips around teeth to avoid wrinkles;
• Use your index fingers flat on the face to stretch the skin up and
out and avoid wrinkles.
Attack treatment: Attack
treatment is +/- 2 minutes, 2 times per day, for 4 months. To achieve a good result, Facial-Flex® must be used regularly during this initial phase. Once firming, one can switch to maintenance therapy and use it less frequently.
Wash your Facial-Flex® regularly (soap, toothpaste ...);
If your lips are fragile or if the corners of your lips are prone to injury, apply the usual creams and work with the elastic No. 1.
Proceed at your own pace. Stop the exercises a day or two if your muscles get tired or painful.
Do not use Facial-Flex® if you are allergic to latex.
Keep Facial-Flex® out of the reach of children. They might want to imitate you and swallow it.
